Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Keep in mind that shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will require the provision of the DNI / NIE for customs duties and taxes.
The prices on the site do not include taxes or customs duties (this applies for orders outside Europe, the Canary Islands and United Kingdom) . All applicable obligations will be borne by the client. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the amount of duty you will pay, but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
The courier is always responsible for delivering the package. If a package is considered delivered by courier and has not been received by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to proceed with the necessary methods to ensure that the merchandise is delivered correctly.
Showroom pick up orders will receive an email confirmation when the order is ready for pick up. Our opening hours are:

We pride ourselves on providing high quality service, and ensuring you are happy with your order. With that in mind, our Returns Policy is below.
We accept returns/exchanges within 20 days from after the reception of your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for the exchange and / or return. For international returns, 9,99€ will be deducted from your refund. For returns from Spain, 4,5€ will be deducted from your refund.
Before closing the return package, please include a piece of paper with your order number and your name inside the parcel so we can identify it. Please keep in mind that if the item you wanted to exchange is no longer in stock, we will give you a refund instead. Please enter the link and follow the instructions
Enter your order number (it can be found in your order confirmation email and looks something like this #00000) and zip code.
The term for the refund / exchange can range between 3 and 12 working days from when we receive your return in our warehouses. As soon as we verify the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you. Remember that the refund will be made in the same payment method used in the purchase.
Returns must be sent in the same state in which they are received. Inside the original packaging and the order number. If the garments are received in poor condition, the refund will not be made. We will be very strict with the state of the garments (makeup stains, aromas, etc.).
The parcel must have customs paid for, we will deduct from your refund any additional customs fees the parcel may have upon arrival.
Once the quality control has been passed, we will process the refund / exchange of the returned garment.
For hygiene reasons, the bikini bottoms and swimsuits have a plastic higiene sticker. If you want to return these types of items, it is essential that they keep the protection sticker.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of our GOICOSMETICS lipsticks.
Please note that GOI reserves the right to reject all returns that do not meet these conditions.
