We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You will receive detail information of the carrier once your order has been shipped.
Delivery times depend on the destination. Delivery within Spain takes 2 to 3 working days. EU and US international deliveries take 3 to 7 working days. Shipping to the Russian Federation takes approximately two weeks to arrive. During busy sales periods (Xmas, Black Friday, collection launches, etc) deliveries may take up to 6 working days longer than usual.
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the EU or shipping to the Canary Islands may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from GOI, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to GOI. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Placing an order
Shortly after you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email including your order number and a summary of the products purchased. If you have not received the confirmation email for your order 24 hours after making the purchase and it isn’t in the spam folder most frequently the reason is that there has been an error in the email address you provided, in that case please contact email@example.com
When your order is placed, our warehouse begin to pack it right away to ensure it reaches you in good time. This means that it is unfortunately not possible to add to, amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. Your purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days. If you have forgotten to purchase an item, you will need to place a secondary order.
Yes, you have 14 days since you receive your order to return it to us for a refund.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at the moment. Please note that return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer - original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide free return shipping nor reimburse for it. The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
In the event that your order arrives with faulty or damaged goods, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make it right. We may request photos and/or some other details regarding the faulty or damaged item, so if you can snap a couple of pictures in preparation that will help us process your inquiry quickly as possible. We reserve the right to determine a genuine fault or damage to an item. If your item is deemed damaged, you will not incur any additional costs.
Returns take a full 14 business days to be processed, and you will be emailed once this has been completed. We advise all customers to retain their proof of postage receipt issued by the delivery carrier. If you are concerned that your item has not been received, please track your parcel using this proof of postage so we can follow its return journey.
At the moment we are not able to offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase an alternative size, color or style, then please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order on our website.

As soon as GOI has accepted your cancellation/return, then Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment.
Payment is due 30 days after the item is shipped. To help you pay on time, we'll alert you two days before payment is due – you'll receive email reminders to pay – and, if very late, we’ll also send you a text or letter, too. If you fail to pay Klarna for your order, your credit score will be affected.
If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your name, address and email address. For some orders you may need to provide your mobile number or date of birth, too. All information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements. It's very important, that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information.
