Terms and conditions of the daily draws and the GOI Lottery · Black Friday 2026

1. Organiser

GOI Swimwear S.L. ("GOI"), with tax ID (CIF) B67143925 and registered address at Carrer de Ramón y Cajal 17, 08012 Barcelona (Spain), organises two free promotions at no additional cost for its customers: the "Daily draws" and the "GOI Lottery". Contact: help@goi.com.

2. Who can take part

Anyone aged 18 or over who places and pays for an order on the goi.com online store or in the GOI app during the dates indicated, from any country GOI ships to. GOI employees cannot take part.

3. How to take part

You don't need to do anything other than shop: every order paid within the promotion dates is automatically entered once. Taking part has no additional cost on top of the price of the products.

Cancelled orders, orders returned or refunded in full, and orders that GOI considers fraudulent are not entered, or lose their entry.

4. Daily draws (16 to 22 November 2026)

Dates: one draw is held for each of the seven days from 16 to 22 November 2026, both inclusive. Each draw includes the orders paid that day, between 00:00 and 23:59 (Spanish mainland time).

Prize: each day's winning order receives a GOI gift card worth 50% of the amount paid for that order (taxes included, shipping excluded), with no maximum amount. The gift card is sent to the order's email address and can be used on goi.com under the terms of GOI gift cards.

There will be seven winning orders in total, one per day.

5. GOI Lottery (28 November 2026)

Dates: the lottery includes the orders paid on 28 November 2026, between 00:00 and 23:59 (Spanish mainland time).

Prize: the winning order receives a full refund of the amount paid (products, taxes and shipping), with no maximum amount, to the original payment method. The winner keeps the products in the order.

There will be one single winning order.

6. How the winners are chosen

Winners are chosen at random using a random selection software tool, among all valid orders in each draw. Every order has the same chance of winning. GOI will keep a record of each draw.

The draws will take place once the withdrawal period of the participating orders has ended, to check that the winning order has not been returned. If the order selected is not valid, another one will be chosen at random.

7. Notification and delivery of the prize

GOI will notify the winner by email, at the address used for the order, and will deliver the prize (gift card or refund) without the winner having to do anything. The prize is personal and cannot be exchanged for cash (except for the GOI Lottery refund) or transferred to others.

GOI will only publish the winner's first name and surname initial, and only with their consent.

8. Taxes

Under Spanish tax law, prizes worth more than €300 are subject to personal income tax (IRPF) withholding or payment on account. Where applicable, GOI will make the corresponding payment on account without deducting it from the prize, and the winner must include the prize in their income tax return. For this purpose, GOI may ask the winner for their tax details. Winners who are not resident in Spain are subject to the laws of their own country.

9. Data protection

The data controller is GOI Swimwear S.L. Only the order data is used to run the promotions, in order to choose the winners, notify them, deliver the prizes and meet tax obligations. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and your other rights by writing to help@goi.com. More information in our Privacy policy.

10. Other conditions

GOI reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotions due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, announcing it on goi.com, and to exclude anyone who takes part fraudulently.

Taking part implies acceptance of these terms. The promotions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts that are competent under consumer protection law.
